**Effective Date: 09-01-2026**
Bill Redpath for US Senate (the “Committee,” “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its supporters. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using billredpath.com and the fundraising, volunteer, and related services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you accept this Privacy Policy, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.
## I. Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” (data that cannot be used to identify you, such as anonymous usage data and aggregate statistics) and “Personal Information” (data that identifies you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and information about the contributions you make).
### 1. Information You Provide to Us
– **Signing up for updates or volunteering:** name, email, mailing address, telephone number, and volunteer interests.
– **Making a contribution:** name, billing address, email, telephone number, and payment details.
– **Text notifications:** the mobile telephone number you provide if you choose to opt in to text messages.
– **Contacting us** for questions, support, or other communications.
### 2. Payment Information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, [Stripe, Inc.] (“Payment Processor”). Your payment card and financial details are collected and processed directly by the Payment Processor under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card number. We receive limited transaction information (such as amount, date, the last four digits of the card, and status) to record the contribution and provide receipts. Please review the Payment Processor’s privacy policy to understand how it handles your information.
### 3. Political Contribution Information and Public Disclosure
If you contribute to the Campaign, federal campaign finance law requires us to collect and report additional information about you when your contributions aggregate over $200 in an election cycle, including your full name, mailing address, employer, occupation, and the amount and date of each contribution. You acknowledge that this information is disclosed to and published by the Federal Election Commission (FEC), as required by law. Contribution information reported to the FEC becomes part of the public record and may be published, searched, and republished by third parties, including at fec.gov. This public disclosure is a requirement of campaign finance law and is outside of our control.
### 4. Information Collected via Technology
As you use the Services we may collect information through commonly-used tools such as cookies and web beacons, including your browser type, IP address, and the actions you take (pages viewed, links clicked). We use trusted third-party analytics providers, to understand how the Services are used and to improve them; these providers may set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf. We may also use similar tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including on third-party platforms such as Google Ads and Meta/Facebook. Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings, though some features may not function properly if you decline them.
### 5. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 13, and are intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 may have provided us information, contact us at bill@billredpath.com.
## II. How We Use and Share Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information for marketing purposes without your consent. We share Personal Information with vendors and service providers performing services for us, such as the Payment Processor, analytics providers, email delivery, and hosting/infrastructure providers, who use it only at our direction.
**Mobile information and text-message consent.** Mobile telephone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver text messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
We may also use or disclose your Personal Information:
– to process and record contributions, provide receipts, and communicate with you about your activity;
– as required by campaign finance and other laws, including public disclosure to the FEC and analogous state authorities (see Section I.3);
– with allied committees, party committees, or organizations that we believe share our goals, consistent with applicable campaign finance law;
– to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to establish or defend legal claims, or as otherwise required by law;
– to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected fraud or illegal activity.
We use Non-Personal Information to improve and customize the Services and to analyze usage trends; this Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information. If the Committee ceases operations, is succeeded by another authorized committee of the candidate, or transfers its remaining resources to a party committee or other political organization, your information may be transferred accordingly, consistent with campaign finance law.
## III. How We Protect Information
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and reliance on our Payment Processor’s PCI-compliant handling of card data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services you acknowledge and accept these risks.
## IV. Your Rights and Choices
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email, or by contacting us at bill@billredpath.com. We may still send administrative or transactional emails, such as contribution receipts. If you have opted in to text messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send; reply HELP for help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or correct your Personal Information. Note that contribution information we are required by law to collect and report (for example, to the FEC) may be retained and disclosed notwithstanding a request, consistent with our legal recordkeeping obligations.
## V. Links to Other Websites
The Services may link to or integrate with other websites and services, including social media platforms and our Payment Processor. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy statements. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us through the Services.
## VI. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email to the address on file or by posting a prominent notice on the Website; significant changes take effect 30 days after notice, and non-material changes take effect immediately.
